this has nothing to do with that but yes...at the end of the day if someone doesn't want to make you a cake go spend your money somewhere that will.

Dude, just stop...you can't refuse to serve someone because of a civil rights issue...like being gay, Muslim, female, male, old, or black, etc.

They're not silly...and you don't get immunity the day after you take a shot...especially in a two-shot regimen.
And if you want to ditch the masks the sooner...you should start complaining that your dear leader is botching the vaccine rollout...as expected.

I’ve already ditched the masks for the most part. I wear one between 0-10 minutes a day and that’s depending on whether the place I go to lunch actually enforces wearing them into their establishment. You can take them off once inside and seated. We don’t have to wear them in our office, I certainly don’t wear it while driving like some of these dumb a$$ liberals do, don’t wear one in my yard like some of the Karen’s want you to do, and if I run to the gas station or Walgreens to get beer I rarely bother to put on one and just dare someone to say something. Completely over this crap.

If it is a private business, of course you can. You will reap significant social backlash and probable closure, but it is well within your rights to refuse service as a private business for any reason you want.
For example: I could refuse to serve you in my business because you are an Old White Douche - and there is nothing you can do to force me to.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 says that is patently false. You can establish policies that prohibit certain behaviors or actions, i.e. no shirt no shoes no service. But you can not arbitrarily refuse service to someone based on race, color, religion or national origin. In your example above you could refuse service to Tom based on being a Douche, but you have to refuse service to all Douches. Banning him for being a white Douche and allowing a black Douche would catch you a nice civil rights violation.
Where Tom is wrong is sexual orientation is not a federally protected class, but most of the blue states have state laws extending protection to them. Commifornia even has protections extended to people who dress differently whatever the hell that means.

Good lord, that would leave a very small number of potential customers if that was the case.
