I knew a few that moved out to San Fran area after college because it was the hip thing to do a few years ago and they couldn’t sustain the cost of living because they are ROCKs and couldn’t get a good job. Back to mommies within a few years. Great choices in politics and life.

I know wealth is not all life has to offer. Don’t need a life lesson from some Memphis randy, but it sure allows you to have more choices and independence in life.
