That's 62 electors gone from the final count. That means no one reaches 270 and we have a contingent election & the 12th Amendment kicks in and the House determines the POTUS and the Senate the VP.
That's a good sign that TX will be unsuccessful in getting that remedy, no judge wants to invalidate the entirety of the presidential election on unsubstantiated claims of election fraud.

The election isnt invalidated. Selecting the electors simply falls to the legislature of those states---who are themselves elected officials that are there to represent the best interests of the people of those states. That's how representative government works. We will be fine if we simply follow the law and let the chips fall where they may.
The only way we get into trouble is if we ignore the law, pretend it doesnt matter, refuse to address serious allegations of fraud, and try to gloss over serious problems by pretending they either arent there or dont matter. Thats what they do in places like China or Russia. "Nothing to see here--move along--these aren't the droids you are looking for."

Very proud of my state of Texas today. I see a 5-4 SC decision sending the election to the legislatures in Georgia, PA, Michigan, and Wisconsin, where the GOP hold the power. Biden's buffoons should be nervous right now, because this election should be getting real different.
Also, this potentially could have ramification down ballet too. If the SC decides that election laws were improperly changed through courts and executive order at the state level, than some of those mail in votes down ballet are going to be contested.

This filing is nothing more than a Trump stump speech written in legalese; so no, it will not be taken up by the SCOTUS.
That has already been factually proven. You need to pull your head out of your ass and get some real, actual news sources.

You know what Trump and his evil people are doing? They will be the ones that will cause a civil war for stealing the election from Biden. They were the ones who were the ones cheating like in Texas.

Crying foul because we wont let Biden cheat his way to a presidency is priceless.
This is a serious complaint lodged by the second largest STATE in the nation. I think several additional STATES have now joined the case. Frankly, this is the kind of crap California has been doing for years---and winning much of the time. So get used to it. The conservative states are going to be fighting back against your little cheating semi-sentient Commie leader. I suggest you read it so you at least have a clue as to what its all about when you post your silliness.

Well what do you expect? No way that voters can make it to Houston in less than an hour from any of the border checkpoints. You’re talking about a few hours minimum.

Good job Republicans, you have become the flag bearers for frivolous lawsuits. I can't wait to see Oregon file a lawsuit against Utah for its universal mail-in voting so they can have Utah's votes go to Biden. Also, Virginia can sue Ohio and Iowa because those states used Dominion voting machines.
While we're at it, California and New York should sue Texas and Louisiana for ignoring climate change.
I didn't think it was possible for a Texas politician to be ridiculed more than Dan Patrick, but Ken Paxton just told Dan to hold my beer.

No ****!
And speaking of Patrick, he offered a million dollars if anyone proved voter fraud. The PA Lt. Governor showed him two cases of GOP fraud in PA and the guy went radio silent.

Did Utah change their election laws midstream through executive order or the courts instead of through the state legislature as required by law? How about Ohio and Iowa?

Yes, one has to be incredibly stupid to completely disregard the numerous statistical improbabilities that Biden managed score in his path to "victory".
Yes, one has to be incredibly stupid to be okay with the numerous instances of what is at best is the appearance of impropriety and at worst blatant election fraud.
Yes, one has to be incredibly stupid to be okay with on the fly changes to election laws through the courts and executive orders instead of state legislatures per the Constitution just because one's guy "won".
But hey, at least the stupid aren't screaming "Russia, Russia, Russia" for a change.
