But they aren't Jackson State either. But until we figure out how to score regularly we are going to always be at risk for a stinker.

WKU is a good team, probably would win over 20 games again this season if they get to play that many and Bassey stays healthy. This team won 20 last year with Bassey going down to injury in December.

I think we beat VCU and cover the 6.5 spread today. VCU pretty much has one "star" player (Hyland). If we shut him down from 3pt range then we have the size advantage and defense to beat these guys. I am thinking we win this one somewhere between 9-14 range.

On a final note...DJ Jeffries is not a Sean Banks, Shawne Williams, or Rodney Carney. All three of those guys were pro material. A lot of people have big expectations of him this year and they need to slow it down a bit. He may turn out to be something close to a Pro in a couple of years, but definitely not now.

The only guys with pro potential I see is Cisse and Nolley. Boogie is too small for a 2 guard in the NBA. But, I could see him going in the 2nd round of the draft maybe next year, if he can consistently knocked down the 3.
