I have my doubts about that figure. That said, I do think its unarguable that the damage from shutdowns over the long term (delayed medical treatments, economic damage, depression, increased drug/alcohol addiction, elevated violent crime due to poverty, etc) probably does cause many other deaths. I think such a number would be almost impossible to quantify and any attempt to do so would be little more than a speculative guess.
