ECU choked there. Should have gone for the TD on 4th down. Instead got the field goal blocked.

Tulsa had all the momentum, and a TD by ECU would have quieted their rally. Even a made FG would have been a Tulsa win on that possession.

He was trying to pull the ball back in when it popped out. Definitely a fumble. I never saw a good view of who fell on it.

He was about to throw but when he was getting hit he tried to pull it back in. That was a fumble. Honestly I think instant replay is making things worse for all of us. The rule is if the arm is moving forward its a pass but it was clear he was trying to bring it back in.
