Trump's not stonewalling. A president can not be sued in a civil case for actions as a president. They have not made a good case that his actions were or were not as president. The SC has not decided whether a sitting president can be sued for personal actions taken while as a sitting president, which he was at the time. Which is why I was giving TaintTonic every opportunity to realize that this was a 2 year thread bump while Trump was still president. Trump is correctly saying that this issue must be resolved first before taking the case forward.
