We should take it a step further and not allow them to rent hotels in Memphis.

They can fly in the day of the game and do the walk through in the airport parking lot.

There are no high school or other fields in the area we could do a walk through at?

There are two literally less than a quarter mile from the stadium...and Cincinnati offered their practice field and just did their @SMU walkthrough on the top floor of a parking garage and didn't complain at all, but again, carry on with the unfounded hate. Guess it just goes to show what some coaches have to drum up to motivate their players
All fairness, can't wait for this game...always love playing you guys in every sport, seems to always be an incredibly entertaining game, and this one has some pretty damn serious stakes.

I think it's an invented story anyway. This year the stakes are higher for you than us.

Absolutely, we could essentially break the currently existing Playoff format if we keep winning.

If anyone has a chance this year to go undefeated and break into the Playoff, it's Cincy. The odds went way down once the Pac-12 and Big10 decided to play football this year.
Who are we kidding... The powers that be would put in a 0-5 P5 school that didn't play 7 games due to COVID before they would let someone from the "lowly G5" have a seat at the table.

You are either extremely sensitive or have a very low bar for "hate" considering I asked a simple question and did not mention a word about Cincinnati...

*COULD* lol...and not by making it this year, the only way that happens is if every P5 team has 2 losses.
I'm saying we could be a part of the whole solution. If There are 6 undefeated conference champions, which could conceivably still happen, there is no chance there isn't a discussion on changing the playoffs to an 8-team setup.

That word wasn't directed at you, just the fact that a beat writer tried to drag a program due to SOP that literally no one has combined about in 5 years.

They've already been talking about changing the playoffs to an 8-team setup. The majority of D1 ADs are in favor of it, actually. I read an article about it a couple of months ago. They agreed that this wasn't the year to do it.

It's still a sham system unless every conference is represented.

Yep, and something like what I mentioned would likely force that boulder off the precipice and down the hill even with the few people (Big 10 Commish and some SEC ADs) still hating the idea.
