Appeals court reinstates Nov. 3 due date for Wisconsin mail ballots
A federal appeals court on Thursday reinstated a Nov. 3 due date for mail ballots in Wisconsin in a ruling that a dissenting judge argued would disenfranchise thousands of voters.

The 2-1 ruling by a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit halted a district judge’s order that relaxed a number of restrictions in order to ease voting amid the coronavirus pandemic.

I love it when activists who bypass the legislative process by going to liberal activist judges get slammed by the courts.

Live by the sword...

FFS. It's October, what? 7th? 8th?

If it takes your lazy azz nearly a month to figure out how to check a box, sign your name, maybe initial somewhere, right down a SS #, lick an envelope and slap a stamp on it, drop it in a mail box, then clearly you are too stupid to vote and influence decisions for others.

This is alllll preparation/precursor to the cheat by mail campaign so they have time to figure out how many "found" votes they need and from where.

This. We can't just drag out vote counting for weeks waiting on mail in ballots.

If you can't find the time to mail your ballot in with three weeks left to go, then clearly voting wasn't that important to you anyway.

I'm actually surprised that this ruling came down like this. But it's great and wish other states could get a ruling like this. You're rolling the dice when you go into the courts these days that you won't get a leftist judge.
