Well, they’re not going to let Tulsa come back and embarrass a mighty P5 school. Penalty, penalty, penalty, penalty. Announcers said the same thing happened to them last year, but they seem to think Tulsa is earning all of them.

Tulsa is blowing this big time. TD called back for penalty, missed short FG, and they can’t seem to get a play off without getting a delay of game penalty.

Tulsa keeps getting delay of game penalties. When they substitute, Oklahoma State waits as long as they can, then substitute. Clock runs out, penalty. When we did that last game, we got called for a defensive delay of game. Oklahoma State has been getting away with it all day.
