People do a quick interview, and then are asked to come in for a one-day training course, they then have to take a test and pass it, then they start a route with another experienced driver. You start at $15 an hour, with KPI bonuses that can take you to $20 per hour.

They invited 30 of the interviewees to the Monday training class. Only 22 showed up. So 8 people went through the interview, and then decided they didnt want t make $20 per hour if it involved something other than blogging on their phone.
