I know teams change and it goes game by game but they lost to Montana last year 61-17. If we can’t cover 28 points we’re in rough shape.

My hope is that we have matured significantly from last year, because if not, we'll be playing down.

Montana beat UNA pretty bad last year, the bad thing was, we had the lead at the half. They stepped it up the second half, we didnt come out of the locker room.

Hopefully though, Freeze feels the same way you do.

That’s not a jab at y’all it’s just based off of 2 programs in completely different spots. We’re an FBS team that’s pretty talented across the board coming off an 8-5 bowl win season. If we can’t easily handle a middle of the road BSC team we’re in for a long season.

Thanks for shooting yourselves in the foot over and over for us. We had a bad game and probably overlooked you guys. I think a lot of your issues were that it was your first game and our third.

I would have stayed away from it with Willis playing being up in the air. I knew Ferguson was going to be a completely different game. It was a smart move not to play him but geez that was ugly.

Exactly! No way I bet on a game like this.

But, mainly what it was - was college football in a great setting and exactly what 2020 needed. The ASUN Game of the Year! Haha.

Beautiful stadium. I loved the band (UNA band alum here).

Both teams were having issues but no one expects perfect football in this type of season. Obviously, Liberty is talented and FBS. UNA's student-athletes were just happy to finally compete in this crazy year. They had some good plays they had some bad plays. But, I'm proud to be LION!!!

These teams weren't even scheduled to play this season and it was great for both programs.
