ESPN: At It Again
Amidst the changes in sports due to the COVID-19 pandemic, running lists are appreciated. We have one on this board regarding the Division I teams that have been folded. ESPN has kept one regarding the plans for each conference for the upcoming college football season (as well as canceled games.) Even more, they have kept up with the status of the FCS football-playing conferences.

As of this moment, one conference they have listed (with no information to share) is the Great West. The Great West dissolved in 2013 and quit sponsoring football in 2011. Whoever is editing these articles, if at all, either doesn’t know jack about this or doesn’t care. Either way, ESPN proves to be lazy - again.

I’d be shocked and utterly dismayed if the Great West played football this year—particularly since they disbanded as a football conference a decade ago. Has anyone heard if the Skyline, Border, or Yankee conferences are playing? Maybe this will be the year that the Big West gets the NY6 slot.
