September/October will just be covid19 gone wild... according to "the numbers". Everything gets shut down again

Election is held by mail in ballots only. Biden (or I should say, his running mate) magically wins.

Well, they would claim everything is on the up and up since the polls will obviously show Biden/Michelle in the lead going into the mail in date.

Yeah, in a small election in one small city. Most state election systems are not set up for the sheer volume of mail in ballots, both in terms of personnel numbers or the infrastructure. Dems are counting on this fact. I also can see Dems in charge of elections insisting on counting all ballots that come in late, under the 'we can't disenfranchise those voters.' It's coming, just watch. There is no limit to the number of ways that the left will attempt to cheat to steal this election. "By any means necessary" has been the chants from the left. They have been cheating for generations and now that Soros $$ has helped put dems into state AG positions all over the country to run the elections, watch what happens.
