Only because after this kerfuffle he came out and said Nestor was his son. Gaetz chose to bring Nestor into the political area. For clarity.. Im fine with him calling him his son without being his legal guardian. Its really no ones business. However...The optics of this are at a minimum questionable if he just decided to throw Nestor under the daddy bus to try gain a high ground in the debated issue if he is not his legal guardian. I presume there is a legit legal guardianship involved. I just have not seen it reported yet.
