I disagree with this. George Floyd is no lost hero or even a net positive for his community. Now, he was very much wronged in the worst possible way for no reason by another scumbag and that is a separate issue and hopefully justice is served, but come on. The only people who should be celebrating his life and actively are his friends and family.

Photo ops are probably my least favorite thing after mayonnaise. The only one I actually liked was Trump at the church because that was the first time I’ve seen that level of fake happen live. It was like performance art. Otherwise, I can’t stand to see them.
