Led South Carolina in hitting this week with a .611 batting average (11-for-18) with four multi-hit games as the Gamecocks went 4-0 on the week.
Drove in a career-high seven runs and had a career-high five hits including two home runs and his first grand slam with Carolina in 23-2 win at Wofford, both the hits and RBI were also season-highs by a USC player with two home runs.
Two doubles scored three runs for Carolina in Saturday's 7-2 win vs. Kentucky ... Raised his batting average from .275 to .311 following his performance this week.

Johnson tossed his second complete-game shutout against an SEC opponent this season with MSU's series-clinching 5-0 Saturday win over No. 5 LSU.
Johnson struck out six and held the Tigers, the leading hitting team in SEC play, to a season-low four hits, while scattering three singles and a double. Only one LSU base runner reached third base. It was Johnson's fifth start without allowing a walk.
