2020 Preseason SP+
Lil old, ( February seems like a life time ago.) but its sports related.

51. Louisiana
85. Troy
86. Arkansas St.
89. Ga. Southern
103. Georgia St.
109. Coastal Carolina
118. ULM
119. South Alabama
123. Texas St.

I would have expected Arkansas St., Louisiana and GS to have higher SP+ looking at his three primary factors, of
1) returning production, mixed with final 2019 SP+ which accounts for more than 50% value.
2) recent recruiting primarily for last 2 years.
3) recent history which accounts for less than 10% value.

We're still reeling from 16/17 in SP+ preseason stuff.

Also we weren't particularly strong in Offensive SP+ last year at all.
