Our governors will never admit it.

I don't think the initial reaction was an overreaction. US docs didn't have the data that they do have today. But I think we can start opening things up and maintain social distancing and wearing masks.

Hard to overreact to something you have NO idea what it is. And the chinese commies LIE about everything.

Just as it’s impossible to develop a test for something when you don’t know what it is, know to pre-build ventilators when you don’t know what it is, or develop a treatment or vaccine when you don’t know what it is.

I don't like articles like this. You can ALWAYS find someone with the right opinion for the wrong reason, or the wrong opinion for the right one... There are people whose primary personal or professional focus is on keeping you alive, and people whose primary personal or professional focus is on keeping you employed.... and thousands of variations in between.

You make the best decision you can at the time with the information available to you at the time, not all of which will turn out to be accurate.... most of it probably won't be....

and then you adapt from there as the situation and information changes

Agreed with both of you. We were lied to and caught with our pants down, but now that we've got a handle on it, we need to move to quickly get the real victim of this bug resuscitated: the American economy.
