Contact from the athletic department?
I attended NIU (1987) and my wife attended Kennesaw State University, in Georgia and where we have lived for the past 25 years.

Yesterday we get a call from one of the football coaches asking if we are coping with the virus and generally just checking in on their season ticket holders to see if they can help in anyway. Total class act!

Did NIU do this for any of the season ticket holders? If not a shame. KSU is an up and coming FCS team. Small stadium (5-7,000) but it is blast tailgating and the school keeps up with all the details to make it a good time.

RE: Contact from the athletic department?
I got a call from a former CB who was working on getting his master's. He was doing the same, checking in with me to see how I was doing. At the same time gauging interest and passion on Huskie football.

It was good call and I really appreciated the fact they took the time and effort to do something like that. I really liked hearing about Huskie football from his perspective and getting his thoughts on all of the different coaches. This is a great program to be a part of.

No calls yet. The season ticket deadline has been moved to May 15, so the calls should start a couple weeks before then.

Good to hear, I was hoping for some positive news about our Huskies. I currently have two huskies, one a wooly and one an old soul for a kill shelter, would never have a different bread and would only be a huskie fan, but don't tell my wife with her KSU crazies!
