That can only be a good thing if he can recruit the right player to play in that type of system. I truly hate first to 50 wins. Defense is good, using the shot clock OK, but when you don't have the offensive skills to get out of the 50s most of the time then your players aren't complete.

That was us most of the time last year. Hopefully, we will be playing an uptempo style.

I would expect UAB to be playing uptempo with AK as the coach.

We have 1 more scholarship to fill so expectations are 6-7 or taller grad transfer or JUCO. We lost a lot of minutes and experience, but we appear to have good talent coming in. The downside is the amount of time that it takes the freshmen to get up to speed unless they are all like Jahmir Young.

Gabe Watson was a starting guard and one of the leading scorers. He will be missed.

Additions...None of these have signed thus far. They are expected to sign Wed and there is the possibility of another.

Javarza Belton... a very nice looking 6'10 260 lb big man. His offensive game is very limited right now, but he will immediately add rebounding and rim protection help that is badly needed. He is out of Moravian Prep in North Carolina. He had offers in 2019 from UNLV, Wake Forest, and Wichita St among many others. Apparently, a broken wrist his SR year hindered his recruitment and opened the door for Southern Miss. He avgd 18 pts and 10 rebs the previous season.

Mark Jaakson... a 6'7" wing player from Estonia. The European shows a nice stroke shooting over 41% from 3 pt range. He is an adequate ball-handler with good footwork around the basket.
https://youtu.be/jpiPc7ydsM8

Jaron Pierre... a 6'4" SG from St Aug high school in the New Orleans area. He is a shooter. He avgd 22 pts and 7 rebounds leading his team to a 31-2 record.

Tae Hardy... a 6'3" PG juco 1st team All-American. Led his team to an undefeated season and #1 juco ranking. He avgd 16.7 ppg, 3.7 apg, 3.0 rpg, & 2.6 spg on the season. Played his frosh season at East Carolina.

Nice graphic, but 247 only lists us having 1 signing when we have 3 that includes two 3 stars and a top 10 juco All-American. Rivals has UNT as the #1 class with Marshall, WKU, UNCC tied for second. Interested to see how these change as signing window progresses and 247 gets their act together.

None of these recruiting services is ever going to be completely accurate, and even if they were, it would only be for a point in time. Doesn't matter--that is a nice poster!

Personally, I like this poster better, and think Charlotte's AD needs to assemble a better graphics department.

Yea I agree. Who cares if the info posted is factually false? All that matters is posting “your truth” as a program, not the truth.

clt applauds little unt for promoting a second rate rating service.

Also, your graphic folks should take the color proofs out of the lower left corner. Guess you spent your budget on the glowing basketball.

Also while the NFL draft is happening, I will also point out that Rice produced one first-round and one second-round pick to enter the P7 Transfer Draft Rankings.

Glad to see we aren’t rebuilding, we’re reloading with another PoD oNe category class though

Why would any school put out a poster proclaiming the top recruiting class when the site they are using has not even rated most of their league competition?
