Incoming UT Verbal Basketball Commit Jemere Hill was just announced as the "Most Improved Player" in Illinois by Illinois Recruiting Service, "Chicagoland Prep Hoops". He also received Associated Press 2020 Class 4A Honorable Mention.

For those who don't know, Illinois only does two all-State "teams", a First Team and an Honorable Mention team, and they typically only have 5-7 people on each, unlike Ohio. 4A is also the equivalent of Division 1 in Ohio...so both of these accomplishments are particularly noteworthy.

Another honor for Hill today as he was named 2nd Team All State in Class 4A by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association.
