Is anyone else having trouble re-subscribing to CUSA-TV/Sidearm Sports?

I cancel my recurring monthly subscription at the end of baseball season, and am trying for a couple of hours (!!) this afternoon to join back up again.

When I click on "Purchase a Subscription", the "Edit Account" page comes up (blocking in a split second some page with a yellow/orange banner that is covered up so fast I can't tell was it was).

I'm engaged with Sidearm Sports' customer support for the past hour, but there's been no resolution yet. Perhaps it's a known problem with a solution?

No problem thus far. We have an annual subscription and no problem thus far although so far there is no live stream to the game and there isn’t a listing for tonight’s game...in spite of the fact the schedule in riceowls.com indicates availability.

Clicking on the "Watch" option on riceowls.com's baseball schedule leads to a list of "Live now" videos that includes our game today.



But since I can't get Sidearm to give me the opportunity to subscribe, I can't see whether there's a feed behind it.

Why would they not have a stream of tonight's game? A season opener at home vs UT!? Surely technical issues, and may or may not come on?

That is a change from just minutes ago showing no game available tonight...that’s the good news...the bad is the stream doesn’t work. It has is just commercial before a stream starts,

No change for me. I've seen the "Watch" option and our game in the list of today's videos (now in the "Live Now" category) all day today.

Well bottom line is the game hasn’t started according to Sidearm...lol

What made the difference? Their support told me to erase cookies, which I did for sidearmsports and conferenceusa... and nothing changed.

I had to subscribe twice. First apparently didn't take.
Tried from CUSA site, and from Rice site. Latter worked

Support has me doing a cache clear and Hard Reload of their site now. Been churning for 30 minutes ... and still going. Sigh.

And that didn't make any difference.

6-1/2 hours after I posted my support request ... and after 5 full hours of virtually continuous (and pleasant) engagement with their support folks ... no progress.

That’s what you get for un-subscribing (so they thought to themselves)

I was busy Saturday, but tried this morning ... and while Sidearm Sports will now finally take my money, it won't let me watch any games. Grrrr!!
