English was a lame duck - no one wanted that job. CC entrenched - i think he just didnt love his options.

Hicks seems like a nice hire. Played in the league - young guy.

Patton as Run Game Coordinator makes total sense to me - I love it.

Reed and Nunez must be showing CC something behind the scenes to get that level of trust. He's earned the benefit of the doubt to me.

I think its worth mentioning how many people of color CC has on staff. I think that's great. EMU was the first Div 1-A school with a black MBB, WBB, and FB at the same time and i think diversity is strength.

I wonder how successful he can be recruiting say parts of Texas, Mississippi, and part of MI?

Should be interesting next December what we do in Texas and say Mississippi.
