Bid data analysis of CNN, MSNBC, Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, BBC over last 10 years.

CNN, MSNBC and Fox basically cover all the same things. BBC is most different.

There is definite Trump divergence of Fox from CNN and MSNBC, although the 3 are still more like each other than like ABC, NBC and CBS. CBS diverged from ABC and NBC who have taken a very active anti-Trump tack in 2017 also.

At first glance, I think that analysis is useless. It simply tells what stories each network covers. It makes no distinction between the slant given to each story. In that regard, Fox and MSNBC could not be more dissimilar, yet in this analysis they are almost the same.

At the same time, focus is an important part of coverage.

The divergence of Fox from MSNBC and CNN and CBS from ABC and NBC is also significant.
