Neutral for me. Not sure who you would get with so many jobs open this year.

Todd Graham?

Yes please, should have fired Monty last year, and hired him. We are approaching Keith Burns era bad.

An improving record in 4 out of 5 seasons! Look out 5-7 here we come! This conference better watch out in 2026! We're going 12-0 in the regular season!

Perspective is everything LOL. Coke bottle homer glasses-esque!

That's the only way we can find positives

I've been there recently with Granpappy Tubbs. Cut him loose now before the program goes on life support.

RE: Gazebo Party Tonight
Thanks for the input everyone. I was just curious at what our AAC fan mates thought about it. Words have been fairly favorable towards Monty over here for the most part. Not so much on the Tulsa rivals board.

The reaction on twitter was much more positive than I would have thought.

The reporting from Kelly Hines - Tulsa World seems to suggest that next year is bowl game or bust as far as our administration is concerned. He makes a bowl next year or he's gone.

She also suggested that staff changes may be required this year after signing day. Getting an OC and Special Teams coordinator would be at the top of the list.

He was told that last year but had the moral victories to survive.

Our AD made a comment that we were competitive and we haven't been that lately. Lots of close games. Except our AD is a liar. Monty is 7-13 in games of one touch down or less. We average four games a season under him that are decided by less than seven points, had we won those games we would have been bowl eligible every year.

His in game management is killing us and we are winning based on our defense and not his offense.

We won't be paying for an OC, we might get a kicking coach and I expect many of the current defensive coaches to be looking for an escape hatch the next month or two.

TU is going to lose a lot of revenue in an already weak stream in attendance next year. There are no positives to point towards or expect with continuing a coach who has one year left on his contract and four of five losing seasons.

What pisses me off even more is Steve Largent is right and probably has the correct attitude regarding the school. Even now our academic side is following the athletic side with this stupid plan they announced.

I thought that just last year Montgomery promised he'd make a bowl...Oh snap, wrong Montgomery.

Montgomery vows Pirates will go bowling in 2018
