Garnetspur, that is a pretty cool USC logo under your handle. I'd love to a version of something like that on our football helmets......with the "USC" or just "SC". Not bad! :)

Thanks Galactus..That logo would look good on our helmets. I doubt very seriously they will drop the block C logo anytime soon. They did change it to a garnet helmet in the '80s thru the late '90s and tweeked the stripe pattern a few times. My favorite block C type was the one George wore. The only thing I would change about it would be to thicken the C.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. Those Rogers-era helmets and unis were our best. I still love those red facemasks and the big ol' stars!

I've just always thought the block "C" alone was kinda silly.......seems to me we at least need an "S" somewhere to go with the C.

I used to like those all white road uniforms, too. I've seen us in those a couple of times on ESPN classic and I tell you, we looked pretty sharp!
