I don't believe Gus Okafor needs a waiver. He's eligible.

As of right now Siena's coach is blocking Colby Rogers waivers and he's not expected to be eligible this year.

Same with Franklin. Not happening, unless the NCAA issues a blanket, which I doubt. UIC's AD is actually blocking calls from our AD. That's ridiculous.

And it appears Franklin's UIC coached lied when he promised to sign Franklin's NPO. Penny pleaded today for UIC to approve his NPO and noted Memphis has never denied a transfer at least during Penny's tenure.

Surprisingly, SMU has not approved an NPO for Young either. It is a bad look for an AAC level school.
