Our second team guys played awful. I used to have confidence in Aaron Allen at QB2, but he looked horrible tonight.

I don't how these kids can practice football all year, and then look like an absolute turd when they finally get in a game. 04-chairshot

Marcus looked good running the ball and will be pretty good & that's the first INT I have seen Allen throw in garbage time 07-coffee3

I consider Marcus and Tucker additional starters. I mean, they typically get a lot of playing tine. But this is what happens when your QB2 never sees the light of day.

Three things I’m rooting for the rest of the season. 1. La tech, uab, Marshall keep winning and get ranked. 2 Charlotte gets a bowl. 3. Bobby wilder gets fired.

Tech plays both UAB and Marshall in the next few weeks, so somebody's got a loss or two in store for them.

He threw one pass..and it was a great play by the defender. He could’ve lead the receiver a little more...but that pass isn’t going to be intercepted every time. The defender had to leave his feet to jump in front of the receiver.

Congrats on the beatdown LT. You have a good team and we have a bad one. I had hopes UTEP would make it respectable after knotting things up at 7-7 with a long, time consuming drive but it was not to be. LT was just too good. Maybe we can be more competitive next year. It will either be a turn the corner year for Dimel or his last. Does not look promising so far.

That pass is easy to correct too. He'll learn to lead the receiver more in the future (a very common learning experience for young QBs). Had Allen led the receiver more that is a first down reception.

Good game, Miners. Your offense played well last night but fumbled the ball in key moments.
It could be a lot closer at the half.

Good game Miners - the 2 TO's in the first half really killed those drives. Good luck against UNT next Saturday
