I was at WMU in 09 and I was almost positive TL wasnt our QB......Mr. Hiller was

Speaking of Hiller, he was a smart dude...an uncommon thing at wmcc. He understood what most on this board fail to understand. I’ll let him do the talking....

“Central has set the standard...being the amount of championships they’ve won.” - Tim Hiller

https://www.mlive.com/broncos/2009/10/fa...h_tim.html

Why yes, Tim. Yes we have.

...but of course CMU hasn't gotten within a sniff of one since Obama's first year in office, when current players were in grade school.

WMU won it all just three seasons ago and hasn't lost in Mount Pleasant in a generation.

Chip1Ro sounds like Toronto Maple Leaf fans telling Pittsburgh and St. Louis hockey fans how much better their program is since it has won more Stanley Cups. The Leafs have won 13 overall, but the most recent was 1967! St. Louis won last season and Pittsburgh back-to-back 2016-17.

Que-up Janet's "What Have You Done for Me Lately?"

Yeah...won it all just three seasons ago for the second time in about 80 years. The whole “What have you done for me lately,” “Living in the past” BS is the argument of programs that don’t have a past to be proud of. I mean, at least be logically consistent in your argument. You’re arguing “What have you done for me lately” while lauding a championship that’s quickly fading in the rear view mirror. If you want to talk about the here and now, ok. Both teams are 2-2. wmcc has allowed 50+ points in half of their contests. The barnyard animals were blown out by MSU and rolled by Cuse. Meanwhile, CMU rolled into Hard Rock Stadium and gave Miami all they could handle. The Canes were 1-10 on third down. No Miami wideout had more than 50 yards. The CMU D racked up 9 TFL’s, 4 sacks, and had the Miami QB running for his life most of the time. The Canes only picked up 51 net rushing yards. The offense only put up 12, but we were breaking in a new QB and RB, not to mention Miami’s D is good. They haven’t allowed more than 30 points this season. Miami > wmcc. If we play the way we did last week, I think the Chips win.

How do you know Central fans are terrible drivers? They're too busy looking backward.

At least we have a history to look back on. 04-rock

Gotta look back a l-o-n-g way to find anything relevant for CMU football.

Maybe Chip1RO is still using one of these cell phones from 2009, the last time CMU won the MAC:

Yeah, a long way back to find something relevant...like 8-5, a P5 win, and a Bowl Game in 2017.

Yeah...it’s not like they had a 1st round draft pick at QB or anything like that. What bowl did the barnyard animals play in back in 2017 lol. And didn’t wmcc get destroyed by BYU in their last bowl game? 50-20 or something like that?

Not many - if any - MAC programs can point to much bowl success. I always support MAC programs in bowl games and non-conference games. That said, last season WMU was in a bowl game. CMU was not with its head scratching 1-11 record. And The Cannon Trophy is home in Kalamazoo, where it belongs.

Que Janet's "What Have You Done For Me Lately." Again.

For the Chimp trolls who believe last week's close call vs. Miami is a sign they have a chance this week -

Remember, Miami's OC is Dan Enos.

Yeah, because doofus brought up CMU’s Potato Bowl score...when CMU went 8-5 with a bowl and the barnyard animals sat at home. Using the same logic as wingsenforcer soooooo

Are you really this dumb?

Hey as much as I hate Enos he still beat 2 P5 teams and won a bowl game for us...how many P5 scalps and bowl wins do you have under Lester? Hasn’t the dude been fired from basically every real coaching job he’s had? Except maybe Elmhurst College where he had to bailout before the sanctions caught up with him....

Yep...and you got pounded by BYU. The Cannon Trophy belongs at it’s home in The Hall of Champions at Central Michigan University, right next to the 7 MAC Championship Trophies and 3 Bowl Trophies. Unfortunately, it’s going to have to be disinfected before it comes back what with all that raw sewage floating around your football facilities.

03-lmfao Getting burned and then trying to play it off like you had some deep, hidden meaning is hilarious, but I guess if that’s your defense mechanism whatever. Like I said, you’re not a very intelligent individual and you’re not very good at this. Tell me Rasser, are you a senior citizen? You got this stubborn, senility vibe going on.

Make sure to visit the bucking bronco made out of Goodyear tires as a gift for participating in the COTTON BOWL on your way to say goodbye again to the cannon! Thanks for playing.

Ha ha ha!!

Nope...only called you out on your hypocrisy as it relates to that. I see you’re about as smart as Rasser.
