I don't get why UCF is a popular choice. Before the season started, I don't think many reasonable people thought they would go undefeated without Milton. After the Stanford game the hype was definitely there, but this poll is based on preseason rankings.

Currently, it would have to be a team like Houston or usf, although both teams can easily change that with plenty of season left.

Honestly, I thought UCF was a huge favorite to clock the Panthers and to go undefeated this year.

That loss to Pitt was almost as bad as Temple's loss to Buffalo, because UCF is supposedly a much better team.

Despite being a Temple, I expected UCF to beat the Owls on their home field, and still expect it.

I predict that UCF will play Memphis or SMU for the AAC championship, and will be rooting for the AAC West champion in that game, since some other team should win the AAC for a change.

p.s. That UCF logo is pretty G5-awful. Y'all can come up with somethin' better than that, can'tcha?

I would like to say UConn just for fun, but it's got to be Houston.

I picked USF because everyone thought they would be decent and now they are in race for last with UConn and ECU. Close call with Houston. They were also very overrated due to their coaching hire

People just can't get it through their heads that Milton aint walking through the door this season.

I had higher expectations for Houston and ECU. I think they have underachieved. I didn't think UCF would go undefeated again but I thought it would be Stanford and not Pitt we lost to.

UCF might lose to Cinn also. Since I couldn't choose 3 (UCF, Houston, and ECU) I choose Houston since their record is most shocking to me.

UCF. No question. They were billed as unbeatable and got beat. No other team was ranked, so there really could only be one.

Some of these posts are relating that the reason UCF lost was Milton as a disappointment, But if Mack available, why was he not playing.. I have seen LSU with a lot of the players of the bowl game last season with the UCF loss ranked in the top 10. Why is he not playing.
