What has been driven underground? Last I checked this happened and abortion is legal.

They are being systematically shut down. Some states have only one provider left.

Drop the hyperbole. Abortion is legal last I checked. That being said, I did not read the article, so I'm assuming the women just went to this guy for voluntary abortions.

I think the thing everyone is confused with is "what was 'created'"?
No "good" doctor would kill a viable fetus because the mother decides she doesn't want to have a baby. "Do no Harm".
