Yeah interested to see if true who pushed to cancel games and why.

From an excitement buildup and attendance perspective for both teams its been a good series so far. It was an 8-game series dating through 2025. Only 2 games have been played in it so far. Could just be some moving games around?

I get wanting to move games but no one wins if we cancel this series. Its a win win no matter the outcome of the games.... I can't believe there are guys on our board who think this was a bad series.

The Texas State students I know all seem to have embraced the rivalry. This doesn’t make sense to me

Stupid to cancel. Last game sold out in SM and huge attendance in SA. Makes sense to move because Army is good for them but for a team at has no teams close to them in the conference, canceling is a bad idea.

Agreed. Justin is off his rocker with this one.

I get his point in recruiting, but we can't be scared to schedule games cause we suck. Every other thing about this series is beneficial.

IMO, it should be an annual game. "Deep in the Heart Classic".

I’m from the Dallas area, a lot of my high school classmates go to Texas State, and last summer I did an internship an hour from San Marcos working with a few TXST students
