You’re not a fan of brown and gold?
It's literally the color of poop. Then again, there's a NFL team called "browns"....maybe it's a Midwest thing? I don't get it.
They dont call it the Rust Belt for nuthin brother!

our offense is pretty respectable, but lots of yardages are not turning into points. WMU doing just enough to prevent us from scoring.
Pretty much. Our D just held on barely early, and you guys were never able to recover. I think if you hadn't taken so many penalties (some of which are why you fell behind early quick), it probably could've turned into that shootout everyone was predicting.

good luck to the rest of WMU's season.
Our defense have problems, and it showed when our offense didn't bail them out with long possessions and high scoring games. I expected a shootout in 49-42 ish affair. When our offense didn't sustain drives, the result...well we all saw it.
While I'm not taking away from the fact that WMU's defense played hard with high energy, our offense just wasn't the same this game. GSU's QB was noticeably still hurt from the last game. He wouldn't have taken so many sacks against WMU with healthy legs. If you watch the Tennessee game, escaping pressure and turning busted plays into positive gains is his forte. He also couldn't step up to throw accurate deep balls, which caused his passes to be weak, wobbly, and severely underthrown.
Anyways, I hold no grudges against WMU despite the score and I wish nothing but the best for the Broncos!
