UTEP and the F*U's are on the waiting list. Honestly, this is one case where it's good to be ignored by ESPN.

I miss the last guy that did these. This one is way too cringy with his "funny" team nicknames.

I guess we could make an excuse about how tough our OOC opponents are..but the record speaks for itself. I'm afraid most of us Rice fans expect we will sink deeper into this list until we get the next 2 games (Texas and Baylor) out of the way.

He was being nice to only put 1 of us on the list.

If they left out the jokes and simply listed the FBS teams rated worst-so-far, you’d get 6 unanimous choices:

Hey, ODU doesnt deserve to be on there until we see if the Monarchs lose to the Pirates. Loser of that game should go to the Bottom 10. Losses to VT and UVA and a win over an FCS shouldn't get you there.
