That's a premise that IMO deserves a separate thread. I know the ACC doesn't look so great this year, but frankly I'm not seeing any other conference that's exactly dominating. With the exception of a handful of teams, it looks like anyone could lose to any other FBS team on any given Saturday.

Has the creation of a playoff caused the "rich" teams to get even richer, at the expense of everyone else? Are the best players all going to be drawn to the Alabamas, Clemsons and Ohio States in the future just like the Dukes and Kentuckys attract the most one and dones in basketball?

Or are the past few years just an anomaly that will pass soon?

This maybe a messed up enough season for UCF to make the CFP’s. Clemson, Alabama & probably Oklahoma will be in but I think that 4th spot is open. I dont trust Ohio St to win the B1G with a new coach. The PAC isnt likely to make it in again. I think Georgia, ND & UCF will be the candidates if the B1G doesnt make it in.

No. Too depressing.

2) Who cares
3) Who cares

14) Hot Garbage
15) Georgia Tech.

There seems to be a serious lack of quality QBs in the ACC right now. You have Trevor Lawrence and Bryce Perkins, everyone else is averagish or worse.

Final note from Reddit/CFB:

Notice what the Clemson Tiger is offering the Alabama Crimson thing.

Kinda funny. The bias is very evident with UF ahead of UCF. Stevie Wonder can see that UCF is doing better than UF.
