What's the status of your inflatable dome IPF? Wasn't it supposed to be completed by September?

Yes (to 2nd question) but nothing has been done from an actual construction standpoint (at least anything that you can see with the naked eye). Supposedly it's a pretty quick build, but I can't expect it will be done before next spring at the earliest. The funding supposedly is there - there may be a delay on architectural plans?

Isn't it a pre-fab type of thing? What architectural delays could there be?

I think (but don't quote me on this) that some Rice officials want to approve the final look of the building before they start work on it? Rice is pretty image conscious about the overall look of the campus.
