Who were the teams in CUSA when those decisions were made?
Southern Miss and UAB — members since 1995.
Marshall, Rice, and UTEP — members since 2005.
FAU, FIU, LT, MTSU, ODU, UNCC, UNT, UTSA — members since 2013.
WKU — member since 2014.

Huh? The CSTV deal was made after CUSA 2.0 was formed with
Southern Mississippi
East Carolina
Marshall
UCF
UAB
Memphis

Houston
Rice
Tulsa
SMU
UTEP
Tulane

CSTV stood for College Sports Television and was later purchased by CBS. It then became CBS College Sports Network before becoming CBS Sports Network. I remember watching the original CSTV games on the local CW affiliate.
