New Jersey WR Commits to CMU
Wide Receiver Zahir Swann (5-7, 175, 4.4) of Irvington (N.J.) High School verbally committed to Central Michigan Thursday, June 6.
Swann, who was offered a scholarship by the Chippewas May 3, becomes the first member of the 2020 recruiting class.
He chose CMU over offers from Cincinnati, Bowling Green and Western Michigan.
The Chippewas are also recruiting and have offered a scholarship to Swann's twin brother, Zakee, a 5-7, 175-pound running back for Irvington High.
In addition to CMU, Zakee reports offers from Indiana, Cincinnati, Buffalo and BGSU.
