This is what happens when Justice must remove her blindfold and read the current political agenda before making a ruling. All of those sorry public officials should be removed from office. This is the essence of tyranny and when injustice becomes this egregious it only raises the amplitude for violent backlash.

It's still a matter of law. A felony was committed. The local officials are guilty of obstruction of justice. This is when first state officials should step in and if their efforts don't produce then Federal Authority needs to take a hand, not in the rape case which is out of their jurisdiction, but from the standpoint of the state's refusal or inability to enforce the constitution. It's called lawlessness and is a precondition for sending in the National Guard. We the People have the means, what we don't have are politicians in Washington who are willing to use the means for anything other than self aggrandizement.

She should sue.

Let's look at cities where democrats have dominated for decades:

Detroit
San Francisco
Los Angles
Baltimore
Washington DC
Seattle
Portland

All are terrible cities for middle class, some have become literal $hitholes.
