When does Joye Lee get asked to leave??
She just finished her 15th season and has 0 NCAA tournament appearances and 4 WNIT appearances to show for it.

Some of the numbers of her 15 seasons:
- 9 seasons of .500 or worse record so there are only 6 winning seasons in the 15 she's been here
- 0 regular season championships (finished 2nd in 3 seasons)
- this past year (the 6th winning season of 15) was an 18-14 record but 8 of those wins were against non CUSA teams William Carey, Blue Mountain College, Alcorn St (4-26 record), Ms Valley St (6-24 record), Southeastern La (9-20 record), Samford (10-20 record), Northwestern St (11-18) and Grambling St (15-15 record) so no OOC wins vs team with a winning record
- has a 116-112 vs CUSA teams while at USM and a 230-209 overall record at USM
- To her credit she was the CUSA Coach of the Year twice (2014, 2017)

Looked but couldn't find anything. Hopefully with a new AD there will be some more accountability. Here's a breakdown of her last 5 years at USM:

2018-19: 18-14 WCBI 2nd round
2017-18: 15-15
2016-17: 23-11 WNIT 1st round
2015-16: 14-16
2014-15: 25-11 WNIT Elite 8/Quarterfinals

Considering she has had a winning record 3 times (of her 6 total) in the last 5 years I feel like she probably has 3 years left after this past year ended. If it's anything like Doc's contract was, our admin had 7-10 days to either extend it a year or decline a 1 year extension.

She’s the most mediocre coach in sports history. 15 years and ZERO NCAAs. LOL.
