The huff-po article only disputes the one instance, the baby recoiling from the needle. All the other Huff-po paragraphs are simply saying not everyone agrees with Abby.
And yes, the 3.4% statistic is a gross exaggeration of the facts.

I got my money back at a Jerry Jeff concert. His London Home Sick Blues got the best of him and he stumbled and fell off the stage in his opening number. The evening wasn't a complete loss though. His opening band was Louisiana Leroux and their brand new label was New Orleans Ladies.
I found it ironic some 40 years later when I was at a wedding in Ruston and they were the band for the reception.
oh man, that sucks. I'd love to see him before he goes the way of Guy Clark or Townes Van Zandt.

Spot on comment about one side being armed and probably true about the minority issue although I'm not sure why increased minority representation is a consideration.
Quote:In New York City, home to the largest black population of any U.S. urban area, more black babies are aborted than [are] born.
New York’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene reported in 2014 that black babies constitute 42% of all abortions in a city where blacks are 25% of the population. In Georgia, where whites outnumber blacks 2 to 1, more than 53% of abortions involve black babies, and black women terminate their pregnancies at nearly 2.5 times the rate that white women do...
A popular explanation for the racial divide is that abortion rates are a function of poverty....
Yet there are limits to this argument.
Hispanic households are comparable to black ones in finances, sexual activity and use of birth control. Yet Hispanic women choose to abort at a rate much closer to that of white women than black women. Even when controlling for income, according to the pro-choice Guttmacher Institute, black women still have significantly higher rates of abortion.
The sad truth is that many black women are not acting irrationally when they decide to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. They are playing the odds.
Out-of-wedlock Hispanic birthrates are above average, but Hispanic marriage rates are comparable to those of whites, which is not the case among blacks. Most Hispanic children are raised by two parents, while most black children are not.
Many black women may be choosing to abort because they don’t believe the father will stick around to help raise the child.
The Left plays down the discomforting incentives and unintended consequences that have resulted from Roe v. Wade.
If liberal activists and their media allies are going to lecture America about the value of black lives, the staggering disparity in abortion rates ought to be part of the discussion.
Mr. Riley, a Manhattan Institute senior fellow and Journal contributor, is the author of “Please Stop Helping Us: How Liberals Make It Harder for Blacks to Succeed” (Encounter Books, 2014).
[Sept. 15, 2015, Jason L. Riley, http://www.wsj.com/articles/lets-talk-ab...1442356170 ; 16 Sept N. Valko RN]
Abortion Is Genocide:
Genocide by United Nations definitions, the practice of abortion in the black community meets four of the U.N.’s five conditions for genocide.
Those conditions are: “Killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; [and] forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.” Of those, only the last isn’t applicable, because the children have been murdered.
Ahhhhh, I get it now. Abortion disproportionately impacts blacks, something they don't seem to understand. Their population has remained relatively unchanged over the years, I wonder why.

The Left has a habit of taking a particular group and trying to make them seem less than human. They did it with blacks through the KKK and the Jim Crow era, the Nazis did it to Jews, and now with unborn babies.
This is the first political film in the Trump White House.
Starring former TV Superman actor Dean Cain, the Gosnell film tells the gruesome but true story of Philadelphia abortion butcher Dr. Kermit Gosnell, who was arrested and convicted for the first-degree murder of three born-alive babies, as well as the involuntary manslaughter of patient Karnamaya Mongar.
The true story is based “very heavily on actual court transcripts,” “dozens of hours of interviews” with Gosnell himself, and the case’s grand jury report.
The film highlights the shocking details of the original trial, such as Gosnell cutting the spinal cords of hundreds of newborns; witnesses describing infants who survived initial abortion attempts as “swimming” in toilets “to get out”; the feet of aborted babies stored in a freezer; and the mainstream media’s avoidance of the story.
Melissa Ohden survived a failed saline infusion abortion in 1977 and learned about it at age 14. In You Carried Me, she details for the first time her search for her biological parents and her own journey from anger and shame to faith and forgiveness.
Despite the initial concerns regarding Melissa’s future after surviving the attempt to end her life, Melissa and her husband Ryan have a daughter, Olivia, whose birth took place at the same hospital where Melissa’s life was supposed to end.
After a decade-long search Melissa finally locates her birth father and writes to extend forgiveness, only to learn that he has died without answering her burning questions. When Melissa becomes a mother herself in the very hospital where she was aborted, this experience transforms her attitude toward women who have had abortions, as does the miscarriage of her only son and the birth of a second daughter with complex health issues. But could anything prepare her for the day she finally meets her birth mother and hears her side of their story?

Abby Johnson tackles that one head on. She explains how they arrive at that figure -- and the method they use is a fabrication.
Here's a quick hit:
And here's a longer vid where she explains how every item involved in the abortion process is counted individually in order to use the 3% figure.
Soooooo...according to Cecile Richards testimony under oath, staunch anti-life activist and former President of Planned Parenthood, 86% of PP's revenue comes from abortions ...WOW. And Planned Parenthood does not operate any mammogram machines in their facilities. Also, Cecile made over $500,000 per year in salary before additional bonuses for selling abortions. Gee, wonder how the 99% feel about that rich white lady? Antifa much?

Ugh! Just when I thought you were Daffy Duck, here you are on this thread singing "Kill da Wabbit (baby)!" as if you were Elmer Fudd. Suffice it to say you are some kind of Looney Tune anyway you cut it!
Planned Parenthood gets roughly $500 million a year in funding from the USA and gives $500k back to Democrats via a PAC.. If they can afford to give money away to a political party, they don't need government assistance.

Physician, heal thyself.
I'm not the one who's sick. Planned Parenthood is on the government teat and remains that way via abortion, that's sick.
