Ron Hunter to Tulane
He gone per national media members.

Can't wait for Bobby Lutz to be hired at Georgia State.

You think it's really Bobby Lutz to App?

Our ADept is so tight lipped, I wouldn't be surprised if it's one of the hires out of the Big South or MEAC.

No, Corn Cobb will hire Bobby Lutz.

May GaSt be blessed with Cobb's natural hiring ability.

Interesting move if true . . . he'd join Southern's Willie Fritz at Tulane.

Would've thought he could do better than a bottom of the barrel AAC team.

Ask Yosef's Cabin they won't shut up about him.

I saw on twitter that Georgia State didnt make him an offer. That would be major facepalm if true.

How were we suppose to match Tulane's $5mil contract, $1.25mil per year?

Ask our fans that insist we could've kept Willie Fritz from Tulane. They seem to have it figured out.

RE: Ron Hunter to Tulane
Best of luck to Coach Hunter. He did more for Panther basketball than most of us have probably ever fully appreciated. I know we had some glory years under Lefty (I wasn't around for those), but the change in culture and fan attitude in the eight years under CRH was like nothing I've ever seen.

ADCC is now on the clock. Best of luck to him too.

I know it's not likely, but I wish Georgia St. would give Ray McCallum a shot. He's a good man who deserves another chance.

Good luck finding your next coach if Hunter takes the Tulane job.

Never said you would be able to. You could start by offering... anything.

Ask Yosef's Cabin they won't shut up about him.

That's because last time App was looking for a coach, Cobb basically admitted from day one that he wanted Lutz. After attempted wooings, Lutz finally went public and said he had no interest in the job, forcing Cobb to look elsewhere.

Cobb has really bad tunnel vision when it comes to coaching searches. Offered Buzz three times before he accepted in 2009, hired Capel over McMahon in 72 hours like a scorned lover the following year. Cobb wanted Elliott for App in 2012 over Satterfield, but Elliott said no, so next time he had a chance, Cobb got Elliott when his situation was worse.
