Are there no weight rooms in Australia: the Saga of Jacob Epperson
Just looked him up- Creighton planned to redshirt him but pressed him into duty late this year when one of their bigs went down. He appears to have gained about 40 pounds since he started college- lists at 225. Shooting nearly 80% from the floor with half his baskets on dunks. Still appears to be a work in progress, albeit a 6’11” one with a great hoops pedigree. We could use him but I think Edu was an upgrade.

Ok?

I'm sure Epperson is fine where he's at and certainly wish him the best. Rather than "count chickens" we might be better to hope Edu is comfortable here because he is no longer an unknown quantity and could no doubt find a place in a tougher league like the one Epperson chose.

did a google myself. Epperson was sidelined with a stress fracture in his back. Also a knee problem. Maybe too much weight too quickly.

The best thing for Edu is to be playing in the Philippines this summer so he can get his offensive game back. I hope to see a more well-rounded player next fall.

The normal progression for any college player I suppose, fill the role needed. I imagine Phillipines wouldn't be his only overseas option. Is Summer when they hold Asian games and such?
