Jarr, I think you need to redefine success for yourself. This is not it.
Jarr probably wanting Tony Yates or Ed Badger to return to Clifton.
Now come on....
Why does one critical of Mick (and rightfully so) elicit this response?

Just for poops and giggles, I'd be happy with Buffalo's Nate Oats. The last time we had a coach from the MAC he did pretty well.

Huggs and Kelly both were plucked from the MAC

You can wax poetic about if KMart was never injured, but that's just a worthless hypothetical, and does nothing to excuse all the other misses. Squads with supposedly much more talented players than what we've been recruiting under Mick. At least, according to you.
When are you going to face the fact that this isn't going to be a blue blood program just because we snap our fingers and hire someone new?
Worked for UH....
Ow...that's gotta hurt!
Sampson is a good coach. He also got OK and IU put on probation.
Is that what you want for UC?
I simply want to try something else. It might work out well for us.
If all you want is this level of performance..and no controversy...UC should go full IVY and eliminate the problem entirely.
There are posters here who would fully support that.
I'm interested to know. Who fully supports this?
Your hero......Nancypants.
