Well I can tell you what they had.

1) Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information and trying to cover it up amounted to multiple federal felony offenses; all the evidence required to convict her was announced by James Comey.
2) The texts and other communications between Strzok, Lisa Page, and "Andy" were enough to suggest that there was collusion to overthrow a duly-elected president Donald Trump. Whether this rose to criminal conspiracy depends upon whether there was any act committed in furtherance of that objective. The whole Steele Dossier event could very well have supplied that act. That may have constituted the one effort to conspire with the Russians.
3) The obtaining of warrants from the FISA courts to go spying and wiretapping members of the Trump campaign suggests an illegal effort to interfere in the political process. The legal standard is quite clear, you cannot submit to the FISA court any evidence that has not been thoroughly and independently verified. It's an ex parte proceeding, so there is nobody there to challenge the evidence. It doesn't matter that "only part of it was included" or that "most of it was verified" or that "it wasn't a primary/major part of the evidence" or even that "all of it has been proved true" (which I am including for sake of completeness, although I don't believe it to be the case). It had to be 100% verified at the time it was introduced before the court, or else it was improper, and any warrants flowing from the process were improperly issued.

Are you denying any of those?

I'd say at this point that the actual evidence linking any campaign to Russia, or establishing any improper influence on the election, or establishing any illegal conduct is much stronger against the Hillary campaign and bureaucrats favorable to her cause than against the Trump campaign. And yet we have extensive investigation of the one, and little or no follow-up regarding the other.

Again, nothing... which is why they did nothing.

I still don't understand why DJT selected Sessions other than he was too trusting and naive going in....losing the seat in the senate was much more important...

And as much as I respected Jeff Sessions, it appears he had one job (in his mind)... let the Republicans go after Trump as much as the Democrats did.

Sessions was one of Trump’s original supporters. He got the job he wanted. Maybe he was scared that the Pandora’s box he would open had Barry’s name all over it. Criminally destroying the first half black president would have been suicide for the republicans.
