Here are the teams we play

Rice
Oklahoma
Army
Miami
Memphis
Southern Miss
TCU
Tulane
East Carolina
UAB
Louisville

I remember after we lost to texas in 1990, that I said that if we only beat them the next year I would happy. We did beat them the next year and I was happy even though the season was subpar. Well there is no one on the schedule who is that bad but I really really want to beat TCU when we play them in Fort Worth. Who do you really really want to beat.

Rice and then OU, etc etc.

But beating OU would make a HUGE statement. But we have to back it up with continued success.

That's because you know the bucket will be residing on Cullen Blvd. for the next couple of decades!!! You Rice grads are much too smart to have delusions of victory this year aren't you?

Houston should never lose to Rice ever (in sports that matter like football and basketball)!!!!!

Maybe. But there's a fine line between genius and insanity, you know? Throw in a couple six-packs, and some Rice grads will think the Bucket is totally winnable.

I used to pull for them but now I hate TCU, their arrogance has become so intolerable I hope they go back to being the scrub team they have been for almost my entire lifetime.

No single win would bring the joy that a thrashing of the horned frogs would, well ... maybe Miami, but thats only because my last 2 roomates were from there and they talk much smack.

So here is my scientific rankings substituting smiles for stars:

1. TCU      :chair: :chair:
2. Miami mad:    :chair:
3. Oklahoma
4. Louisville
5. Memphis 04-rock 04-rock
6. Southern Miss 04-rock 04-rock
7. Rice 04-rock 04-rock
8. UAB 04-rock
9. Tulane 04-rock
10. ECU
11. Army :snore:
