I don’t think this is his projected order of finish. His ODU preview was not too flattering (rightfully so) and if we’re projected as third this conference is in a world of trouble.

Pretty fair assessment of ODU in my opinion. Wilder brought in some great coaches but they’ll need to be miracle workers to make this a decent season. We will see.

Let me clarify. Not necessarily predicted order of finish, but order from worst to best as of this moment.

They're still six more teams, so going by the write-ups, we still have three Western teams and three Eastern teams to go.

Gotcha, makes sense. 9th in conference for the Monarchs would probably be considered a success. Maybe I'm underestimating them but last year should have been the year we were good. This would have always been a rebuilding year with the seniors we just lost but with the way last season turned out I'm not feeling too optimistic.

He has Southern Miss as the slight favorite to win the conference this year, but it is with a very shallow investigation of the team. It will up for grabs as usual.

Yeah, I think we have the players to win the conference this year, but we are now replacing basically the entire coaching staff.

LaTech should fair well this season. Especially with J'Mar Smith going for his 3rd consecutive Heisman and closing in on every meaningful QB record in NCAA history.

Look out Bama/Clemson. LaTech is coming, and Hell's coming with them!
