AAC Tourney Schedule

Assuming Memphis is the 5th-seed, the AAC schedule indicates that Memphis would play at 2pm Thursday & 1pm Friday. Does anyone know if those times are locked in, or would conference shift host team to play at night to improve attendance?

Good question. Haven't heard a definitive answer.

Times are locked in....terrible decision by Aresco.

How can any games be general admission since many bought all session tickets? will there be a certain area for general admission?

Because they realize that most people that bought all session will probably not go to the thursday sessions.

I think you'll be ok with sitting in your seats. I highly doubt there will be any more than 5,000 at either session on thursday.

To some extent, I disagree. If the game times are ad hoc, then people can't plan accordingly.

At least, I know know when Memphis will be playing on Friday. It will be at 1 pm (unless amazing Memphis is the 5 seed and loses to Tulane on Thursday).

Is there a seat assignment on your ticket, or does is just say general admission?

The times for Thursday night aren't great.

7pm tip and 9pm tip.

Certainly, NO ONE wants the 9 pm tip.

The 7pm Thursday tip puts you into the 6pm Friday tip--which is still going to require most folks with a job to have to either leave work early or rush like hell to be seated and ready to go at 6.

Probably doesn't matter much, either, but the early bracket gets a 25 hour break between game starts for the semis, the 1st evening game only gets 22 hours between starts.

Check your booklet. I'm guessing it says GA for Thursday.
