quick notes:
-says its embarrassing, he'll watch film, but wont show players
- says ucf defense is good but not that good, says it was a bad shooting night for smu (emphasized being icoe cold often)
- called whole game "living your worst nightmare"

Just having to work so hard to get open.
UC will lose this game if Jarron doesn’t get going.

you wont..youll barely win like you've done all season
aac traditions
- temple gets up big and struggles to hold it
- houston close at half but wins big in 2nd half
- cincy plays tight vs everyone but always win
Must be a new tradition on our side. I struggle to remember many games in conference last year where teams were within single digits of us...
More than a few:
Cinci 55, Temple 53
Cinci 65, UCONN 57
Houston 67, Cinci 62
Wichita St 76, Cinci 72
Cinci 82, Tulsa 74
Cinci 62, Wichita St 61
Plus a 10 pt game vs Houston and an 11 pt game vs UCF.
So Cincinnati was 2-2 in 2 possession games last year in conference and beat everyone else by 8 or more.

Out of the 4 victories in that group (what I was trying to refer to given the criteria), 2 of them were by 8 points. So we won 2 close games last year. Both of those were tight games, and genuinely might be the only 2 games out of the 18 that fit the original description.

Yea...the Top 5 in the conference kept it moderately close in 6 games. Cincy dominated every other team and “game” not mentioned on that list.
It was Cincy...the MVC conference Champ WSU “who gave it their best”...and all the rest.

lol
He's not elite, but he's a good coach. If he can guide a team to a deep run in March remains to be seen however.
Norm Stewart at Mizzou was a good coach, he just couldn't do crap in March. Dale Brown was similar. For all the talent both Norm Stewart and Dale Brown had, their NCAA resumes basically sucked outside of a few years.
See my post above BC1. That’s how a real Cincinnati fan feels about the team. Domination! Not the sheepish attempt to finally find some good in Cronin you just expressed.
Maybe this is the year. The Glory year finally returning for UC. Or maybe not. But you will have missed it all with you incessant nihilism. Poor you if it happens.
All I know is...what it feels like to be the current UConn fan. And I no longer feel that way. Each year is a new opportunity. And I know Cincy will have a shot at it.

And this is why this UC fan never visits the UC board. That’s a normal conversation over there. RT isn’t kidding with his Cronin response. That’s the typical UC board perspective.

And then you see BC1 obediently fall right back into line.

huh? I said he was a good coach. Not elite. If you think he is elite, that's flippin' hilarious...and so cute.

Dale Brown went to two Final Fours - there are a lot of coaches that have done that.

correct, he did, but I always thought with the level of talent he had, he should have done more.
I recall the year he had Shaq and Chris Jackson and didn't get to the S16. Stuff like that just never made sense to me.
Brown was better than Stormin' Norm Stewart. His teams classically under achieved in March.
